OLIVE GROVE

There is an established olive grove right next to our Agnus Dei Prayer Garden where guests are welcome to spend time and walk in between the trees.

Olive Grove: A Place of Peace and Reconciliation

Next to the Agnus Dei Prayer Garden lies our established olive grove—a space rich with Biblical symbolism and quiet beauty. The olive tree, ancient and enduring, speaks of peace, reconciliation, and the steadfastness of God’s covenant with His people.
As you walk among the trees, the world seems to fall away. The air carries a sense of timelessness, as though these trees have been standing in prayer for generations. The grove becomes a living parable—a reminder that, just as the olive branch was a sign of new beginnings for Noah, so too does God extend reconciliation and peace to us through Jesus Christ.

The Olive Grove invites stillness and introspection. It’s where forgiveness feels possible, peace feels near, and hope takes root again. Whether you come here to walk, to pray, or to simply sit beneath the branches, may you sense the quiet assurance of God’s enduring promise: that He restores all things and brings beauty from the olive press of surrender.

When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf! Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth.
– Genesis 8:11 (NIV)

Every story shared at In Harmonie is a testament to God’s healing presence — where rest leads to renewal, and renewal awakens purpose once more.

My time at in Harmonie was an absolute feast in the presence of our Father. The time of silence and solitude brought deep rest to my soul.
