COTTAGES

Each cottage has five en-suite twin bedrooms with a communal lounge area and fully-equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering.

Cottages: Rest and Renewal

Our cottages offer a retreat for those attending Encounters that extend overnight. Each cottage features five en-suite twin bedrooms, a communal lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Guests are provided with linen, towels, a hairdryer, and a safe, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay.

Inspired by the Joy Project, each cottage is colour-coded and themed around a different fruit of the Spirit, from love and joy to patience and gentleness. This design not only provides visual delight but also serves as a gentle reminder of the virtues we are called to embody in our daily lives. Guests can rest, reflect, and enjoy fellowship, knowing the space has been thoughtfully prepared for their spiritual and physical comfort.

Beyond mere accommodation, the cottages are a place of restoration. They provide a setting where weary souls can rejuvenate, where conversations flow naturally in communal spaces, and where the rhythm of prayer, study, and reflection continues seamlessly into the quiet of the night.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
– Galathians 5:22-23 ESV

Lives Touched by His Restoring Grace

Every story shared at In Harmonie is a testament to God’s healing presence — where rest leads to renewal, and renewal awakens purpose once more.

My time at in Harmonie was an absolute feast in the presence of our Father. The time of silence and solitude brought deep rest to my soul.

As I was reflecting on the Psalms of life and salvation during an encounter, I was reminded of the three streams that flow through this sacred song...
