A Silent Retreat is a profound invitation to dwell in sacred quiet — to retreat from words, noise, and distraction in order to hear the gentle whisper of God. Spanning 3–8 days, this encounter offers participants extended time to rest, reflect, and listen. Silence is not emptiness; it is the fertile ground where God’s voice can be heard most clearly.
Each day includes a short communal rhythm — shared meals and a chapel service — while the rest of the time is devoted to individual stillness and prayer. Every participant meets daily with a trained Spiritual Director for one-on-one guidance, helping discern what the Lord might be revealing through Scripture, thought, or silence.
In the quiet, hearts are stilled, wounds surface gently for healing, and the presence of Christ becomes profoundly real. A Silent Retreat is not about withdrawal from the world, but about returning to it with new eyes, renewed love, and a deeper awareness of God’s companionship in every moment.
